busy week
*sigh*
Well, unfortunately, as eventful as this last week has been, I'm still technically unemployed. Kinda. I went to an interview at Modern (Roof Restorations) at Wangara which went great and I've got some training lined up this week. However, I've since discovered that travelling there and back will amount to close to 5 hours worth. No thankyou. I also had another interview with an IT company in Perth who think I'd be 'perfect!' for the job, but unfortunately I've been unsuccessful because I don't have a car. When the office is along Adelaide Tce (10 min walking distance from the station). Poo. Then the poo gets worse. I find out that technically I can't turn down this job in Wangara because I'll lose what little money I'm draining from the government (aka Centrelink) atm. Life sucks hey?
But aside from all that shit, the last week has been pretty flat out. Been to Adventure World a couple of times. Justin got 3rd degree burns on his shoulders and back (silly boy) and he also won a trip for two to the Atrium Hotel in Mandurah from basically yelling the loudest and then being a smartie pants at the A.W. Challenge Cup. Hehe, guess who's going to Mandurah :P. Ice skating was good, *mel didn't stack it again* but unfortunately we missed about an hour and a half due to some other business last week which some ppl weren't too happy about.. :(
Jus goes for his liscence tomorrow morning (FINALLY). BIG fingers crossed that he gets it, so good luck to you babe, hope you do well. It's 5 months this Wednesday and, IT'S MY BIRTHDAY ON THURSDAY, WOOHOO! Silly boy forgot to take work off that night so we're going to head out on Saturday and do something... hopefully. And that'll be it because.. well.. I have no friends and my parents are poor :( hehe. Nah actually, might go out with the girls on Friday for dinner... *shrugs*
