my car today
Hey guys,
Well Ganessa is coming round this afternoon with the car (yay ^_^) and the papers. It does have an immobiliser so I can pay for the transfer on Monday probably. I'll also get Dad to pick up a driving handbook from one of the licensing centres and then book my L's. Then I can start driving, yay! Once the car's insured that is.. ouchie. Rego is due to expire in July as well... I'm gonna be short the next few months I can tell already lol.
Got my gold shoes fixed and I'm picking them up today - $40!! I'm also gonna try and take my pants back to Roads, they shrunk about 4 inches in length when I washed them! And I need some pants for work so I can wear my boots. I wore my thongs on Friday and got absolutely drowned. 3 times.
OMG! I got my Virgin bill today as well - $67!!!! I only had like $23 worth of calls - that's like a record for me!! I was expecting it to be like over $100 coz I knew I'd sent heaps of msgs this month (243 as it turns out) but I just couldn't believe I'd made so little actual calls!!!
Dad put the $500 for the car into my account on Thursday, so I went shopping (naturally) as I was getting paid on Friday anyway. I bought a new wallet for Justin (billabong/soft leather/dark brown/veeery nice) at Waves and I forgot my $20 gift voucher!!! I was so spewing, coz the wallet cost $60. I bought a couple of tops for work (sleeveless one I might add, which I must admit, was rather stupid). And I bought the Open Space album - it's so good! *mental note: I should start looking around at coats for work*. Me and Jus went out for dinner at Cicerellos last night as well (my treat on Fridays coz I get paid). It was sooo nice, I had garlic prawns and Jus had crumbed fish. Calvin gave us seafood chowder on the house as well, which we dropped on the side of the road on the way out of Freo *mel pulls a face*. That was $40. *mel grimaces slightly*.
I have about $330 left atm, which has to pay $40 for my shoes, $67 for my Virgin bill, $60 for my Optus bill if I can afford it, $30 for mum, and probably new pants as well. Plus pay for food shopping, transfer of papers AND the rest has got to last me til Friday week. *groan*. This is going to be a problem.
Anyway, I'm off to get some lunch. Should look at cleaning my room as well, Gess will be here in a couple of hours.
