update!
OH MY GOODNESS! *withdrawal* I've gone a full 24 hours without updating - that hasn't happened in a while! Only reason is of course, because I'm staying at Justin's like I mentioned in my last entry, so I can't get regular access to the computer like I can at work during the week. But oh gosh, to recap the weekend so far!
Friday night and Saturday morning were pretty shocking as you might have guessed from my previous entry on all things beginning with "F". I was still in a slightly foul mood come Saturday morning, I was snapping at Jus and tossing sarcastic comments around. But I figured if I can't make it through a long weekend living with him then we ain't got no hope of ever living together permanantly. So I made an effort, and we ended up going to the Royal Show yesterday - what a day!
We got to the show probably just before 1pm - caught the train in from North Freo. It was packed (as expected) but not that packed as the footy finals were on that day as well. We got in, and started perusing around, got some lunch and headed to the arena. We watched the Hyundai precision driving team which were *so* awesome! They were doing laps in single file, about 1 inch off the bumper infront of them, 4 way crossovers and all kinds of spectacular stuff. Justin and I just missed them last year when we went to Rally Australia so we were hell stoked to see them this year! By the time the horses came out the sun was in full swing and Justin and I were sweating it hell bad! And we'd taken our sunnies off because neither of us wanted sunglasses marks hehe. After that we milled around the show until about 5pm, buying showbags, playing games and buying novelty items. We went through the Dairy Pavilion, tried some grilled marron and watched the sheepdog trials, but by late afternoon I was starting to get heatstroke and had an absolutely killer headache. We left the show with 8 bags (Twisties, Smith's Crisps, Minties, Video Ezy, Cadbury, Wizz Fizz, Auto Trader and Harvey Fresh), three sparkling tiara things with streamers (one which Jus was wearing), a floral lei and a glittery stick on tattoo thing. All in all we blew about $120, which was... everything I had. Justin owes me hehe.
By the time we got home we were completely exhausted and had about half an hours rest before we headed out to Armadale for dinner at Jus' nanna's. We took the video we scored from the Video Ezy bag (Three To Tango), which we watched, along with Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory. Dinner was BBQ everything you can imagine, salad and the cake for Amy for her birthday next week (mental note: must get present).
Anyway... I should go I don't want to get in trouble for being on here too long. I really apologise for the lack of emotional input, I just really don't have the time while I'm at Justin's. I'll try and update tonight and tomorrow morning, and you can expect a full blown entry when I'm back at work on Tuesday.
Eep! Justin's gotta go *mel grabs Jus and gives him a big kiss while groping his cute bum* ^_^
